We offer a variety of functional training equipment that is designed to get you in top shape for an event or race including; marathons, obstacle-course races and mud runs. Our outdoor training area has plenty of space and equipment to fit your training needs: (push/pull sleds, tractor tires with sledge hammers, battle ropes, hurdles, etc.). In addition, training and nutrition programs can be designed to optimize performance in areas such as speed, endurance, agility, power, and body control.

We teach you an individual posing routine where you highlight and showcase your physique. Performing mandatory poses is an art. Executing the mandatory poses in a professional manner is what is most important when it comes to performing well at a contest. Natural Competitions are a sport that promotes the growth and evolution of the body. We unlock genetical codes, showing you what you truly have for muscular mass/lean muscle from the proper workouts you do and workouts you have done prior.
This program is also about taking on a new fitness level and challenging yourself to train like this for years with new, higher standards. Alike, when taking on the art of posing, it is just that “an art”. Like a fine wine, the more you do this and practice, the better you will become. What we will show you are the proper sequences to perform your poses in a professional way. You will then have a platform from which to build from each year following the best path possible.

Powerlifting is an extraordinary sport in that each lift in the competition is a true measure of one’s progress and strength. Powerlifting, often confused with Olympic lifting, is an individualized sport in which competitors attempt to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. We work to guide and teach lifters with the techniques of champions to lift properly and get stronger! We supply detailed programs that cover everything needed to structure lifting and nutrition. We want our team to not only lift big but to improve their overall strength and body structure.
Like all of our powerlifting training programs, we will coach you on fundamentals: how to squat, bench and deadlift. We will teach you how to lift with different forms and stances. We will map out weekly routines to follow with full routines, reps and rest between sets. Our programs are designed to strategically make you as strong as you humanly can be on your meet day!
