I can’t say enough good things about this place. The all-weather availability is amazing—even in the snow or on holidays, they’re open! What really sets them apart, though, is the cleanliness. The equipment is pristine and the air is fresh. It’s also a very efficient place to train; I’ve never had to wait for equipment to open up. It’s easily the best-maintained gym in the area
I’ve been a member of several gyms around Virginia Beach, and while each of them had things I loved, Natural Bodyz manages to hit all the marks!! There are two locations to choose from. The variety of equipment is incredible. The people are friendly and welcoming, and it feels like you’re part of a community! If you’re looking for a gym to call your fitness home base, this is the one! 💪🏼🫶🏼
I’ve been a member for a year now and I love the team here at NBF! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They have several programs available to help you jumpstart your fitness journey and reach your fitness goals! Since working with the team here I’ve lost almost 40 lbs! LOVE NBF!!
I’ve really been enjoying the gym these past 5 weeks; the atmosphere is amazing, and both the trainers and fellow members push and motivate me every session. The energy here is contagious, and I’m proud to share that I’ve lost 20 lbs so far!

Natural Bodyz Bayside is such a hidden gem! Gym is super convenient for anyone living near Shore Dr and it’s never crowded at all. It has everything you need: squat racks, bench press, deadlift platforms, free weights, machines, & more. I have been very happy that I finally stopped going to the big globo gyms - this is much more my style, it’s 24-hour access, and the owners, staff, & members are incredibly nice & respectful. Love this gym and totally recommend for all fitness styles & experience levels!

24/7 gym. Low key atmosphere, not super busy. It has everything you would need. There’s plenty of squat racks, benches and weight.The owners and trainers are super nice. If there’s a piece of equipment you think the gym members can all benefit from, you put in a request. For example, I asked for a deadlift bar and the owners thought it would be a good addition!

Been a member for some time now. Excellent gym and atmosphere. They have all the equipment you would need for a great workout. 24 hour access, friendly staff, and clean establishment. A good bonus as well is how cool and friendly the other gym members are here. Good mixed crowd. They have another location off of Kempsville also.
A great place to work out! There are machines, dumbbells, plates, and accessories for every exercise that you can imagine. The 24/7 availability is a great add that works for everyone, no matter what their schedule is. On top of that, the staff is great and offer above and beyond service and plans tailored to every individual’s needs.
I have been working out with Terry Stevens my trainer at Natural Bodyz for about 18 months. What a difference it has made in my life. I have more energy and snap back from minor setbacks very quickly-like too much fun on the weekend. I am snow skiing with the best forms and endurance that I have had in over a decade. All the staff and clients at Natural Bodyz are friendly and helpful-this is definitely the right place to take care of the body. Since it is open 24 hours, I often plan a long aerobic event around a good movie or game and don't even notice the time flying by on the elliptical machine!
