Powerlifting is an extraordinary sport in that each lift in the competition is a true measure of one’s progress and strength. Powerlifting, often confused with Olympic lifting, is an individualized sport in which competitors attempt to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. We work to guide and teach lifters with the techniques of champions to lift properly and get stronger! We supply detailed programs that cover everything needed to structure lifting and nutrition. We want our team to not only lift big but to improve their overall strength and body structure.

Like all of our powerlifting training programs, we will coach you on fundamentals: how to squat, bench and deadlift. We will teach you how to lift with different forms and stances. We will map out weekly routines to follow with full routines, reps and rest between sets. Our programs are designed to strategically make you as strong as you humanly can be on your meet day!
