Natural Bodyz Bayside is such a hidden gem! Gym is super convenient for anyone living near Shore Dr and it’s never crowded at all. It has everything you need: squat racks, bench press, deadlift platforms, free weights, machines, & more. I have been very happy that I finally stopped going to the big globo gyms - this is much more my style, it’s 24-hour access, and the owners, staff, & members are incredibly nice & respectful. Love this gym and totally recommend for all fitness styles & experience levels!

24/7 gym. Low key atmosphere, not super busy. It has everything you would need. There’s plenty of squat racks, benches and weight.The owners and trainers are super nice. If there’s a piece of equipment you think the gym members can all benefit from, you put in a request. For example, I asked for a deadlift bar and the owners thought it would be a good addition!

A good bonus as well is how cool and friendly the other gym members are here. Good mixed crowd. They have another location off of Kempsville also.

I have been working out with Terry Stevens my trainer at Natural Bodyz for about 18 months. What a difference it has made in my life. I have more energy and snap back from minor setbacks very quickly-like too much fun on the weekend. I am snow skiing with the best forms and endurance that I have had in over a decade. All the staff and clients at Natural Bodyz are friendly and helpful-this is definitely the right place to take care of the body. Since it is open 24 hours, I often plan a long aerobic event around a good movie or game and don't even notice the time flying by on the elliptical machine!
